ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Matt & I am so glad you're here!
I have been active all my life - from wrestling with my older brother as a kid, to doing parkour in parks as a teenager, swimming competitively, & challenging myself in any physical way that I can while also having fun. I was born & raised in London, England and have always looked up to my older brother, James, who is also a fitness coach, in competitive nature & physical sports. He led me to training at his gym and I've been hooked ever since.

I have over a decade of experience in the fitness industry spanning from London, England to Charlotte, North Carolina. I made the big move to the states in February 2017 and obtained my personal training certification while working as a lot manager at McLaren. In 2018, I joined the personal training team during the club opening at Life Time Fitness. From college athletes, actors, & every day parents - I support my clients to be their best selves for them & their families.

I have a passion for strength training, playing pickleball, doing gymnastics & combat sports, I love doing anything active, and challenging myself both physically and mentally.

My greatest joy in life is truly feeling my best with an active, healthy lifestyle. I strive to have the most fun in every experience- whether that is through physical activity, travel, or every day life - I want to feel my best so I can put my best foot forward for myself and my loved ones. This is the backbone of my passion for helping my clients reach their fullest potential.
