             PARTNER TRAINING

If you have someone in your life that has similar health & fitness goals to you - let's tackle them together! In partner training sessions, we will address you & your partner's specific health goals with personalized programming, catered towards both of your goals.

 

Each person will get individualized coaching while simultaneously training together in a private, comfortable environment.

              SMALL GROUP TRAINING

 

There can be strength in numbers when meeting your fitness goals. Are you keeping your friend or family member accountable on their fitness goals? Are they doing the same for you? Small group training sessions are great for holding yourself and your loved ones accountable together. 

 

My small group training classes are muscle focused, science-based strength training sessions. Multiple work-out stations will be set up at once for your group to use, while still having enough time for appropriate rest. We will be moving at a pace to still give everyone individual attention to guide on form, execution & intensity â€‹
